Dins Ziemelis from Latvia presents Lincoln Continental Type 53A by Lehmann & Peterson 1965

Lincoln Continental Type 53A by Lehmann & Peterson was bought in 1965 by ambassador of USSR in US after special order and was transported to ZIL plant in Moscow as secret military cargo.

In ZILs factory it was used as an test example for coming Russian limousine ZIL-114. In 1984 it was transferred for exhibition to Riga Motor museum.

In 1987 it got into heavy traffic accident with tip lorry ZIL-130 and after towed to garage were it stood still until 1995 when I bought it from museum.

Currently I'm looking for short Lincoln of the same year as a donor for left side body parts to restore my one. If someone has an interest on this car I can sell it also. Please feel free to write me on this e-mail.
